I like the shaded corner, very subtle compared with the box on TQ. The distorted Tac. overlay is ugly as sin on the other hand., pls. fix.

You don't need two hard drives, just separate folders. You should double check the links to the .exe files. You might have updated the original TQ client instead of your copy. This should leave the copy at TQ patch level.

and spray painting their ships so they integrate with the golden fleet better? Seriously, there are enough ships with a bronze/golden color scheme already. Pls. reconsider and change that back again.

I am plagued by this, too. I think it happens when you click the "x" and move the mouse (with button down) just a little (1 pixel seems to do it). This somehow seems to trigger the hide buttons animation and the click on the "x" ultimately does ...
